Abstract

La durabilité de la logistique des circuits courts fait débat et les formes d'organisation collectives, notamment des activités de transport, sont perçues comme une solution « de bon sens » pour améliorer leur bilan économique et environnemental. Mais, dans quelle mesure améliorent-elles la performance des circuits courts, tant du point de vue des agriculteurs que de la collectivité ? En outre, les producteurs sont-ils prêts à adopter ce type de solutions ? En s'appuyant sur une revue de littérature puis sur une évaluation de scénarios logistiques (restauration collective dans le Douaisis), nous évaluons les effets économiques et environnementaux des organisations multi-acteurs et d'une organisation plus optimisée. Puis, sur la base d'une enquête qualitative auprès de 53 producteurs, nous montrons qu'un travail important reste à accomplir pour amener les acteurs vers ces solutions.
