Abstract

On peut noter aujourd'hui un manque de réflexion sur la notion de privatisation. Le but de cet ouvrage est de combler cette lacune sur la base d'une réflexion radicalement transdisciplinaire, même si la discipline principalement convoquée dans cet ouvrage relève des « sciences des organisations ». L'hypothèse de travail qui traverse tout cet ouvrage repose sur la dualité « désinstitutionnalisation de l'institution - institutionnalisation de l'organisation », cette institutionnalisation de l'organisation ne débouchant pas sur l'institution. Il aborde, en particulier, un thème assez peu abordé en France (à titre de preuve empirique) : le New Public Management. Il offre également une compréhension de la notion de managérialisme.
