Abstract

Eine Große Transformation von der fossil geprägten Nichtnachhaltigkeit in Richtung einer postfossilen, nachhaltigen Entwicklung steht an. Der Beitrag führt in die Forschung und Debatte zur Nachhaltigkeitstransformation mit einem spezifischen Fokus auf die räumliche Dimension ein. Dazu werden bisherige Ansätze und Arbeiten beispielhaft vorgestellt. Eine räumlich orientierte Transformationsforschung braucht einen Blick für die zeitlichen Prozesse.
