SfU – Service für Unternehmen: Welche Ansätze werden in europäischen Arbeitsverwaltungen verfolgt?

Abstract

Öffentliche Arbeitsverwaltungen haben ein breites Aufgabenspektrum, das vom Zusammenführen von Arbeitskräfteangebot und Arbeitskräftenachfrage durch Vermittlung, über das Angebot an Information und Beratung sowie die Bereitstellung aktiver Arbeitsmarktprogramme bis hin zur Auszahlung von Unterstützungsleistungen reichen kann. In der konkreten Ausgestaltung des Dienstleistungsangebotes können über die Länder hinweg Parallelen, aber auch Unterschiede festgestellt werden. Im Mittelpunkt der vorliegenden Studie steht ein Überblick über die unternehmensbezogenen Dienstleistungen im Rahmen der (aktiven) Arbeitsmarktpolitik in anderen europäischen Ländern, um das Arbeitskräftepotential optimal auszuschöpfen. Hieraus wird nach Ansätzen gesucht, die zu einer Weiterentwicklung der in Österreich eingesetzten Instrumente, Initiativen und Maßnahmen beitragen können.
