Abstract

Este es el segundo tomo de la tesis de Gómez Lee que obtuvo calificación sobresaliente summa cum laude. En ella se plantea una pregunte central: ¿Cómo puede llegar a aplicarse la seguridad juridica en la investlgación de las instltuciones y los sistemas normativos? La respueste se construye con un nuevo enfoque rnutidisciplinario. Para juristas e investlgadores se desteca que "Abordar las instituciones en lo no formal es indispensable. Hay un riesgo de formalismo cuando Ja seguridad juridica se analiza solo desde las reglas aprobadas previamente por órganos legitimados. La realidad es distinte, y la cultura jurídica y las prácticas marcan los derroteros del verdadero derecho." Como lo destaca en el prólogo su director Sierra Porto: "Este es la composición lógica de una persona que actúa con espíritu critico, que aporta conocimientos profundos y reflexiones".
