Unternehmensnetzwerke und Erfolg — Eine empirische Analyse von Einfluss- und Gestaltungsfaktoren

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Unternehmensnetzwerke werden vielfach als überlegene Organisationsform zur Koordination wirtschaftlicher Aktivitäten angesehen. Dabei herrscht Einigkeit, dass ihr Erfolg von der Gestaltung des Netzwerkmanagements und weiterer Einflussfaktoren abhängt. Der Beitrag konkretisiert ein solches System zur Erfolgserzielung in Unternehmensnetzwerken und testet es im Rahmen eines Strukturgleichungsmodells. Darüber hinaus wird die Wirkung der zentralen Einflussfaktoren Vertrauen, strategische Bedeutung und Partizipation auf Erfolg und Managementsystem überprüft. Die Daten basieren auf einer großzahligen empirischen Untersuchung von Netzwerken in Deutschland.
