Трудоустройство Выпускников Системы Среднего Профессионального Образования: Все Еще Омут Или Уже Брод

В последнее десятилетие в контингенте студентов средних профессиональных образовательных организаций существенно увеличилась доля девятиклассников, а это означает снижение среднего возраста выбора профессиональной траектории. На основании данных Мониторинга экономики образования установлено, что в 2010-2015 гг. в среднем 44% студентов совмещали обучение с работой. Основной причиной совмещения работы с получением образования у студентов колледжей являются финансовые затруднения в семье, и в подавляющем большинстве случаев такая работа никак не связана с получаемым образованием. Впоследствии при переходе от учебы к работе выпускники средних профессиональных образовательных организаций вынуждены соглашаться на первые предложения трудоустройства, не имея финансовых возможностей для долгого поиска подходящего рабочего места. Вторая часть исследования опирается на данные Выборочного наблюдения трудоустройства выпускников 2010-2015 гг., проведенного Росстатом. Показано, что совмещение получения образования с работой оказывает положительное влияние как на вероятность нахождения рабочего места, так и на размер получаемой заработной платы на стартовом этапе карьеры выпускников. К тому же совмещение учебы и работы по получаемой профессии/специальности и самостоятельное финансирование своего образования увеличивают вероятность того, что выпускник и в дальнейшем будет работать по полученной в колледже профессии. Трудоустройство после окончания обучения не по полученной профессии/специальности влечет за собой потери в заработной плате.
