Abstract

A tanulmány a versenyszabályozás közgazdasági elemzési hátterét tekinti át. Ehhez az intézményrendszer kialakulását és a jog alkalmazását segítő intézményi eljárásokat veszi számba. Tárgyalja a hatóságok és a bíróságok viszonyrendszerét, a jogászok és a közgazdászok közötti együttműködést, és áttekinti a hatóságok közgazdasági felkészültségéről szóló beszámolókat.* Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: K13, K21, K23, L40, L51.
