Koronavírus-járvány és versenyszabályozás
[Competition policy and the coronavirus pandemic]

Abstract

A világjárvány élénk versenypolitikai viták közepette érkezett. Röviden bemutatjuk ezeknek a vitáknak a legfontosabb fordulatait, majd ismertetjük a versenyhatóságok első reagálását a járvány adta új helyzetben. Ezt követően a járvány során leggyakoribb potenciális versenykorlátozó helyzeteket tekintjük át az árdrágítástól a versenytársak közötti együttműködésen át a fúziókig és az állami támogatások elosztásáig. Ahol erre lehetőség volt, ismertetjük az első elemzéseket a versenykorlátozások már jelentkező vagy várható hatásairól.* Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: K21, L40, L41, L49.
