Die Entwicklung der Personaldienstleistungsbranche in den USA - Eine explorative Studie
AbstractThe dynamic development of the US-American economy in the last decade is accompanied by both low unemployment and low inflation. One possible explanation for this rather unusual combination is the growing number of personnel service agencies, which facilitate the creation and maintenance of the employment relationship and thus increase the efficiency of the labor market. To verify this assumption, we test some hypotheses concerning the development and functioning of personnel service agencies. The results of this explorative study will establish a basis to forecast the future development of the American personnel services industry and its relevance for the labor market.
