La contrattazione decentrata per il lavoro e la produttivit?. Il caso degli accordi aziendali della provincia di Brescia

Abstract

Il capitolo propone una riflessione sulle relazioni industriali a livello d?impresa considerate come condizione necessaria per l?adozione di pratiche avanzate di gestione del personale. In particolare l?ipotesi di ricerca ? che la contrattazione decentrata di secondo livello - sotto determinate condizioni - possa risultare una pratica manageriale innovativa e partecipata, funzionale alla crescita sia della produttivit? che del benessere dei lavoratori. In questa direzione il saggio analizza il materiale informativo relativo a 1403 accordi aziendali sottoscritti in provincia di Brescia nel periodo 2008-2014. L?evidenza empirica mostra come la principale condizione per coniugare le esigenze dei lavoratori con le esigenze di competitivit? delle imprese sia lo scambio tra flessibilit? interna del lavoro e partecipazione democratica ai processi decisionali
