Le variazioni nei redditi agricoli ai tempi della Grande recessione

Abstract

La gestione di una Politica agricola comune nei paesi dell?Unione europea, a tutt?oggi caratterizzati da un?ampia eterogeneit? delle condizioni strutturali dei loro settori agricoli, ha rappresentato negli anni uno dei principali impegni comunitari ed attualmente rappresenta ancora una notevole sfida. Questo lavoro si propone di offrire un contributo alla riflessione sulla collocazione dei redditi agricoli nella distribuzione dei redditi dei paesi europei nel 2006, prima che la Grande recessione avesse inizio e successivamente nel 2012, quando ancora non se ne vede il termine. Non si intende qui attribuire alla crisi le variazioni che si sono registrate e, del resto, non ? mai agevole stabilire la causalit? dei fenomeni economici. Lo scopo di questo lavoro ?, invece, quello di osservare le variazioni intercorse nel periodo in esame per trarre indicazioni sulla capacit? del settore agricolo dei paesi europei di affrontare condizioni avverse. Si ritiene, infatti, che dalle discordanti variazioni subite dal settore in questo difficile periodo, unitamente all?eterogeneit? che si riscontra tra i paesi, si possa trarre qualche utile indicazione.
