Abstract

Die Arbeitnehmer tragen einen großen Teil der finanziellen und sozialen Kosten der Rezession. Die Randbelegschaft aus Zeitarbeitern und befristet Beschäftigten ist höheren Risiken ausgesetzt. Viele Unternehmen setzen Arbeitszeitkonten zur Arbeitsplatzsicherung ein.
