Die Governance von Verbundgruppen: Problem- und Handlungsfelder

Abstract

Aufgrund der gegenwärtigen strukturellen Veränderungen am Markt, sind Verbundgruppen dazu angehalten, neue strategische Konzepte zu entwickeln, um am Markt erfolgreich agieren zu können. Bevor für die am Markt befindlichen Verbundgruppen zukunftsfähige Handlungsempfehlungen und Konzepte entwickelt werden können, ist es erforderlich, die Probleme der Verbundgruppen und ihre Governance genauer zu analysieren. Daher werden im vorliegenden Arbeitspapier zunächst die allgemeinen Strukturmerkmale von Verbundgruppen vorgestellt. Anschließend werden die Grundelemente der Governance erläutert. Darauf aufbauend werden die interdependenten Problemfelder der Governance analysiert und einzelne Handlungsfelder, die zu der Problemlösung beitragen, diskutiert.
