Besser durch die Krise mit Tarif und Betriebsrat

Abstract

Mit Hilfe der Daten der Erwerbspersonenbefragung der Hans-Böckler-Stif-tung, der zweiten und der fünften Erhebungswelle eines Online-Access- Panels (Juni 2020 und Juli 2021) mit jeweils mehr als 5.000 befragten Er-werbstätigen (zur Befragungsmethode siehe Hövermann 2020a, 2020b; Kantar 2021), soll nun ein näherer Blick auf das Verhältnis zwischen den etablierten Kerninstitutionen der Regulierung von Arbeit zu wesentlichen As-pekten des Schutzes von Beschäftigten und ihren Interessen geworfen wer-den. Wenn von Beschäftigteninteressen die Rede ist, soll hier nicht allein die Sorge um den Fortbestand des Arbeitsverhältnisses und den damit verbun-denen Erwerbseinkommen im Mittelpunkt stehen, sondern darüber hinaus auch das Interesse am Erhalt der eigenen Gesundheit sowie der Weiterent-wicklung der Qualifikation.
