Mini- und Midijobs im Kontext aktivierender Arbeitsmarkt- und Sozialpolitik : Konsequenzen für Arbeitnehmerrechte, den Arbeitsmarkt und den Zusammenhang von Wohlfahrt und Beschäftigung

Abstract

Im Folgenden werden die Forschungsdefizite zu Mini- und Midijobs im Kontext aktivierender Arbeitsmarkt- und Sozialpolitik dargestellt. Daran anschließend wird in 1.2 der theoretische Zugang des RESORE Projektes skizziert, die Begriffe ?subventionierte Beschäftigung? und ?work-welfare nexus? näher erläutert und die sich daraus ableitenden expliziten Fragestellungen dieses Beitrags aufgeführt. Darauf aufbauend werden in den weiteren Abschnitten die Konsequenzen der Neuregelung für die Mini- und Midijobber und deren Arbeitgeber differenziert dargestellt, qualitative und quantitative Befunde aktueller Evaluierungen zusammengefasst und Effekte für den Arbeitsmarkt, die industriellen Beziehungen und für Verteilungswirkungen innerhalb des Systems der sozialen Sicherung skizziert. Danach werden Konsequenzen für die deutsche wohlfahrtstaatliche Konzeption des Zusammenhangs von Beschäftigung und Wohlfahrt aufgeführt und im abschließenden Ausblick politische Perspektiven - auch für Gewerkschaften - angeregt.
