Abstract

Die vorliegende Studie befasst sich mit anbieterneutralen automatisierten Stationen als Zustelloption für Pakete. In Deutschland sind automatisierte Paketstationen vor allem als DHL-Packstation bekannt, anbieterneutrale Systeme sind kaum vertreten - im Gegensatz zu anderen europäischen Ländern, wie Schweden und Österreich. Vor diesem Hintergrund untersucht die Studie die Gründe für die geringe Präsenz agnostischer Anbieter in Deutschland und diskutiert die Potenziale für die Reduktion von Emissionen auf der letzten Meile durch diese Zustelloption.
