Pflegeheim Rating Report 2011: Boom ohne Arbeitskräfte?

Abstract

Bei dem vorliegenden Pflegeheim Rating Report 2011 handelt es sich um den dritten nach 2007 und 2009. Hauptziel ist die Verbesserung der Transparenz im deutschen Pflegemarkt - mit Fokus auf der stationären Pflege. Daraus abgeleitet ergibt sich der Anspruch, den Entscheidungsträgern auf den verschiedenen Ebenen (Pflegeheimen und deren Geschäftspartnern, Politik, Krankenversicherungen, Banken und Investoren) empirisch abgesicherte Erkenntnisse über diesen Markt an die Hand zu geben. Für die aktuelle Ausgabe hat sich die Datenlage im Vergleich zu 2009 deutlich verbessert, was zusätzliche Analysen ermöglichte. Die Zahl der untersuchten Jahresabschlüsse konnte auf 538 gesteigert werden - sie umfassen insgesamt 1 702 Pflegeheime. Auch konnten wieder die amtlichen Daten des Statistischen Bundesamts aller rund 11 000 Pflegeheime und 12 000 ambulanter Dienste untersucht werden. Schließlich war es erstmals möglich, Pflegenoten von etwa 5 000 Heimen mit diesen Daten zu verknüpfen, um daraus den Zusammenhang zwischen Qualität und Preisniveau zu prüfen - wohl wissend, dass die Pflegenoten noch weiter verbessert werden können.
