Abstract

Die UNO-Initiative Education for All (EFA) ist eine globale Partnerschaft mit dem Ziel, den Zugang zu Bildung für alle Menschen zu verwirklichen. Der EFA-Prozess hat maßgeblich dazu beigetragen, dass Bildung als wichtiges Instrument für Armutsbekämpfung und nachhaltige Entwicklung anerkannt wird. Er ist heute, gemeinsam mit den UN-Millenniumszielen, ein zentraler Bezugsrahmen für die internationale Bildungszusammenarbeit (BZA).
