Governanceethik und moralische Anreize

Abstract

Vor der Folie der Governanceethik beantwortet dieser Text die Frage nach dem Wesen moralischer Anreize und Güter und den Gründen ihrer Befolgung bzw. Nicht-Befolgung. Dies führt zu dem für die wirtschafts- und unternehmensethische Diskussion strategischen Begriff des umfassenden Anreizmanagements, das die Kopplung zwischen den Funktionssystemen Moral und Ökonomie ermöglicht. Der Artikel kommt zu dem Schluss, dass werteorientiertes Handeln und Verhalten von einer entsprechenden Governancestruktur abhängig ist und die systematische Implementierung kodifizierter Wertemanagementsysteme die Grundlage für die Justierung von Wertschätzung in ökonomischen Transaktionen bildet.
