Abstract

In Umsetzung des Koalitionsvertrages für die 21. Legislaturperiode wurde durch die Bundesministerin für Bildung, Familie, Senioren, Frauen und Jugend, Karin Prien, am 17. Juli eine Kommission "Bürokratiearme Umsetzung der Entgelttransparenzrichtlinie" eingerichtet . Sie soll bis Ende Oktober 2025 Vorschläge zur bürokratiearmen Umsetzung der Entgelttransparenzrichtlinie (ETRL) erarbeiten und dabei den Schwerpunkt auf die Ausgestaltung der Instrumente "Auskunftsanspruch" (Art. 7 ETRL) und "Berichtspflicht" (Art. 9 ETRL) legen. Die Kommission hat sich nun entschieden, Expertinnen und Experten zu Rate zu ziehen, wie eine praxisorientierte Umsetzung der Berichtspflicht gelingen kann. Für die Befragung von Expertinnen und Experten hat sich die Kommission an einer Reihe von Leitfragen orientiert. Diese Leitfragen dienen in der nachfolgenden Stellungnahme als Gliederungspunkte.
