Plattformen: Mehr Fairness trotz Marktmacht

Abstract

Von der Pandemie konnten Plattformen wie Amazon profitieren. Bereits vorher führte die Marktmacht von Plattformen dazu, dass Behörden eine stärkere Regulierung anstrebten. Ab 12. Juli 2020 verbessert eine Verordnung der Europäischen Union die Position von Unternehmenskunden auf Plattformen, wodurch insbesondere kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen geholfen wird.
