Weltweiter Klimaschutz bringt neue Absatzchancen auch für deutsche Hersteller

Abstract

Der Weltklimarat IPCC hat in seinem jüngsten Sachstandsbericht die Dringlichkeit von weltweiten Klimaschutzmaßnahmen verdeutlicht. In den Jahren 2020 und 2021 wurden zudem nicht nur in Europa verschärfte Klimaziele verkündet, sondern auch von wesentlichen Emittenten wie den USA, China, Japan und Südkorea. Auch dort sind entsprechende Verschärfungen der klimapolitischen Regulierung zu erwarten. Darum ist mit einer steigenden Nachfrage nach entsprechenden klimafreundlichen Produkten zu rechnen. Damit auch deutsche Hersteller davon profitieren können, braucht es verlässliche Rahmenbedingungen, Innovationsförderung und Technologieoffenheit.
