Steigendes Ausbildungsangebot in Berufen mit langjährigem Fachkräftemangel

Abstract

In vielen Berufen gibt es seit Jahren starken Fachkräftemangel. Der Königsweg zur Fachkräftesicherung ist immer noch die duale Ausbildung. Doch in den letzten Jahren sanken sowohl das Angebot an als auch die Nachfrage nach Ausbildungsplätzen. Ist der Fachkräftemangel also hausgemacht? Bei genauem Hinsehen zeigt sich, dass in Berufen mit starkem Fachkräftemangel das Angebot sogar gestiegen ist und zudem noch ungenutzte Potenziale bestehen.
