Abstract

Politiker betonen gerne, wie wichtig Investitionen für die Zukunft der deutschen Volkswirtschaft sind. Doch in den öffentlichen Haushalten wird insgesamt nicht mehr Geld zugunsten von Straßen und Schulen umgeschichtet als in der jüngeren Vergangenheit. Es bestehen jedoch bemerkenswerte Unterschiede zwischen einzelnen Bundesländern.
