Lohnquote auf hohem Niveau

Abstract

Zunehmende Ungleichheit wird für Wachstumsprobleme und eine politische Polarisierung verantwortlich gemacht. Mit Blick auf die makroökonomische Verteilung hat sich die Einkommensentstehung langfristig jedoch nicht zulasten der Arbeitseinkommen und zugunsten der Kapitaleinkommen verschoben. Vielmehr ist die Lohnquote in Deutschland zuletzt deutlich angestiegen und liegt mit knapp 75 Prozent auf dem höchsten Niveau seit den 1990er Jahren.
