Abstract

Haushaltshilfen bieten seit Jahren eine wertvolle Entlastung im Alltag von rund 11 Prozent der Haushalte. Aber kaum eine Hilfe ist angemeldet. Gründe sind vor allem die geringeren Kosten und das Problem, eine Person zu finden, die regulär arbeiten möchte. Zuviel Bürokratie ist hingegen keine Ausrede mehr. Die Anmeldung bei der Minijobzentrale ist einfach und schnell erledigt - und hilft Steuern zu sparen. Eine Abschaffung der Minijobs würden hingegen zu einem Boom der Schwarzarbeit führen.
