Abstract

Die Chancenkarte zählt zu den populärsten Neuregelungen des Fachkräfteeinwanderungsgesetzes und erleichtert Drittstaatsangehörigen den Zugang zum Arbeitsmarkt - doch die Regelung ist in der bisherigen Umsetzung schwierig und vielen Arbeitgebern noch unbekannt.
