PropTechs treiben Innovationen im Immobilienmarkt

Abstract

Auch der Immobiliensektor steht vor großen Transformationsherausforderungen. Neben dem Ziel der Klimaneutralität muss die Digitalisierung vorangebracht werden. Eine entscheidende Rolle nehmen hierbei PropTechs1 ein, die neue Technologien für die Immobilienbranche entwickeln. Aktuelle Befragungsergebnisse im Rahmen des ZIA-IW-Immobilienstimmungsindex zeigen, dass die Ausgaben für Forschung und Entwicklung (F&E) tendenziell steigen und die Kooperationen mit PropTechs zunehmen.
