Abstract

Im European Year of Skills möchte die EU Kommission Arbeitnehmer befähigen, zur grünen und digitalen Transformation beizutragen. Für Deutschland gilt: Zwischen Energiekrise und Klimatransformation schwächte sich die steigende Personalnachfrage nach der Covid-19-Pandemie im EUVergleich am geringsten ab. Ein intensiverer Austausch zu regionalen Erfolgsrezepten EU-weit ist eine Chance, um den wachsenden Herausforderungen national wie lokal zu begegnen.
