Auswirkungen der Corona-Krise auf die europäischen Finanzmärkte

Abstract

Die Corona-Krise kann zu erheblichen Verwerfungen am europäischen Finanzmarkt führen. Die Mechanismen sind dabei ähnlich wie in der globalen Finanzkrise und der Euro-Schuldenkrise. Sie können vor allem Staaten schaden, die besonders von der Corona-Krise betroffenen sind. Als Lehre aus den in den früheren Krisenphasen gemachten Erfahrungen ist eine entschiedene und gemeinsame Reaktion der Europartner nötig. Dabei werden aktuell verschiedene Ansatzpunkte diskutiert, vom ESM über die EZB bis hin zu Corona-Gemeinschaftsanleihen.
