Gegensätzliche Mietentwicklung im Büro- und Einzelhandelsmarkt in 2018

Abstract

Die Großstädte in Deutschland gewinnen weiter an Bevölkerung und Arbeitsplätzen. Dies lässt nicht nur die Mieten im Wohnungsmarkt, sondern auch im Gewerbeimmobilienmarkt anziehen. Allerdings zeigen die aktuellen Ergebnisse des Gewerbeimmobilienmietpreisindex GIMX von Scout24 und IW, dass der Mietmarkt für Einzelhandel und Büro sich im Jahr 2018 stärker ausdifferenzieren.
