Abstract

Der Wunsch nach dem eigenen Einfamilienhaus ist in Deutschland nach wie vor stark ausgeprägt, für viele Menschen aber in Folge der veränderten Rahmenbe- dingungen auf dem Immobilienmarkt durch gestie- gene Kosten und mangelndes Bauland kaum noch rea- lisierbar. Der Bau kompakter Einfamilienhäuser könnte für Abhilfe sorgen und eröffnet Perspektiven für eine zukunftsfähige Neuausrichtung des Segments.
