De-Risking von China im Licht aktueller Unternehmensumfragen: Nur begrenzte Lichtblicke

Abstract

De-Risking zur Minderung von Abhängigkeiten ist Aufgabe der Unternehmen. Umfragen zeigen jedoch, dass eine Mehrheit der deutschen Firmen mit hohen ChinaAbhängigkeiten keine Maßnahmen dagegen ergreift oder Chinas Relevanz teils sogar noch erhöht. Damit ist aus gesamtwirtschaftlicher Sicht zu fragen, ob eine Art Marktversagen vorliegt, wenn es um den Abbau geostrategisch kritischer Abhängigkeiten von China geht. Sollten sich die Hinweise darauf verdichten, ist zu erörtern, ob und wie der Staat sinnvoll eingreifen kann.
