Abstract

Während die US-amerikanische Federal Reserve Bank ihre Zinswende behutsam fortführen kann, steckt die Europäische Zentralbank (EZB) in einer Niedrigzinsfalle, aus der sie nur schwer herauskommen wird. Denn während die Geldpolitik der Fed durch Reformen unterstützt wurde, wird die EZB mit einer Vielzahl an Problemen außerhalb ihres Mandats überfordert.
