Konjunktur, Konjunkturwende, Konjunkturvergleich und Konjunkturpolitik

Abstract

In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird die Konjunktur als eine mehrfristig wellenförmige Veränderung der wirtschaftlichen Aktivität definiert. Anknüpfend an die ältere Konjunkturtheorie wird ein Konjunkturzyklus in sechs Phasen unterteilt: die untere Wendephase, zwei Aufwärtsphasen, markiert von einem kritischen oder Frühwendepunkt, die obere Wendephase und zwei Abwärtsphasen, markiert von einem kritischen oder Frühwendepunkt. Die kritischen oder Frühwendepunkte sind die Maxima und Minima eines Konjunkturzyklus. Mit den Kurzzyklen sind vor dem Zweiten Weltkrieg meistens Juglars, nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg Kitchins gemeint; mit den Langzyklen oder langfristigen Konjunkturbewegungen diejenigen Kondratieffs. Eine Wendephase wird definiert als der Teil des Konjunkturzyklus zwischen dem ersten Frühindikator und dem letzten Spätindikator in der oberen oder unteren Wende des Zyklus.
