Zu den Auswirkungen der Fluchtmigration auf den Arbeitsmarkt: Ein Update

Abstract

Im Jahr 2015 sind nach jüngsten Angaben 890 000 schutzsuchende Personen nach Deutschland gekommen, zwischen Januar und September 2016 waren es nur noch 210 000 Personen. Die Differenz zu den 1,1 Mill. bzw. 272 000 im EASY-System registrierten Flüchtlingen ist vor allem auf Mehrfachmeldungen zurückzuführen.a Flüchtlinge konnten in der Arbeitsmarktstatistik zunächst nicht direkt beobachtet werden. Entsprechende Auswertungen bezogen sich auf Staatsangehörige der wichtigsten Asylherkunftsländer. Seit Juni werden Flüchtlinge in der Statistik direkt erfasst ("Personen im Kontext von Fluchtmigration"). Dies gilt indes nur für die Arbeitslosigkeit und Unterbeschäftigung, die Zahl der Beschäftigten muss weiterhin über die Staatsangehörigkeit approximiert werden.
