Abstract

In der letzten Zeit hat sich nicht nur die Soziale Arbeit verstärkt mit dem Thema Nachhaltigkeit beschäftigt, sondern auch in der Sozialen Schuldnerberatung gibt es zahlreiche Publikationen dazu. Diese Beiträge betonen alle, wie wichtig Nachhaltigkeit für eine professionelle Schuldnerberatung ist. Dieses Überschuldungsradar konzentriert sich auf die Zielgruppe der Schuldnerberatung – also auf die Menschen, die von dieser Beratung profitieren sollen. Es wird dabei die Frage gestellt: Wie muss die Beratung im Sinne der Nachhaltigkeit gestaltet sein, um die Lebensrealität und Bedürfnisse dieser Menschen in den Mittelpunkt zu stellen?
