Abstract

Wie gut wissen Sie über die Konditionen Ihres Dispositionskredits Bescheid? Die Verbraucherzentrale Sachsen hat 2015 in einer Untersuchung gezeigt, dass die erforderlichen Informationen meistens nur schwer auffindbar und zudem schwer verständlich sind. Die Nutzer:innen würden so gar nicht erst in die Lage versetzt werden, überhaupt bewerten zu können, ob der Dispositionskredit zu ihren Bedürfnissen passt. Zudem fehlt vielen Verbraucher:innen Grundlagenwissen über Dispositionskredite. Die Finanztip Stiftung stellte in einer Studie 2021 fest, dass rund die Hälfte der Befragten nicht wusste, dass ab dem ersten Cent im Minus bereits Dispozinsen anfallen. Angesichts des Befundes, wie schwer zu überblicken viele Finanzprodukte für die Kund:innen sind, verwundert dies wiederum nicht.
