Die Leitidee der "Nachhaltigkeit" in der Sozialen Schuldnerberatung – Teil 2

Abstract

Die Leitidee der "Nachhaltigkeit" findet in vielen gesellschaftspolitischen Bereichen wachsende Aufmerksamkeit. Auch im Bereich von Wirtschaft und Dienstleistungen wird sie vor allem im Marketing besonders betont. In der Sozialen Arbeit und in der Sozialen Schuldnerberatung findet "Nachhaltigkeit" bisher jedoch allenfalls indirekt Beachtung. Weder theoretisch noch empirisch ist genauer geklärt, was unter "Nachhaltigkeit" in der Sozialen Arbeit zu verstehen ist und welche Implikationen mit der sozialpolitischen Leitidee konkret für die Soziale Schuldnerberatung verbunden sind. Der vorliegende Beitrag fasst daher zunächst theoretische Grundlagen zur Idee der "Nachhaltigkeit" zusammen. In einem zweiten Teil werden Ergebnisse aus einem Forschungsprojekt (2017-2019) zum "Verständnis von Nachhaltigkeit" in der Sozialen Schuldnerberatung in sechs Dimensionen dargestellt. Im Fazit ergeben sich klare fachliche und sozialpolitische Handlungsempfehlungen, wenn "Nachhaltigkeit" als Leitidee und/oder fachliches Prinzip für die Soziale Schuldnerberatung tatsächlich zur Geltung kommen soll.
