Online-Beratung in der Schuldnerberatung – Neue Entwicklungen unter Berücksichtigung der Covid-19 Pandemie

Abstract

Seit Jahren ist das Internet die Hauptquelle für Informations- und Unterhaltungsangebot. Diese Entwicklung hat in der Pandemie noch eine enorme Beschleunigung erfahren. Zunehmend wird auch persönliche Unterstützung in Lebenskrisen im Internet gesucht. Rund ein Drittel der deutschsprachigen Bevölkerung kann sich vorstellen, sich von Ärzt_innen per Videosprechstunde behandeln zu lassen. Auch die Beratungsstellen der Caritas erreichen immer häufiger Anfragen über das Netz. Wie können aber diese ganz unterschiedlichen Beratungsanliegen digital kompetent beantwortet werden? Wie müsste eine Infrastruktur aussehen, um solche Angebote niedrigschwellig, überall und möglichst zu jeder Zeit zugänglich zu machen? Der Deutsche Caritasverband hat sich schon recht früh mit digitaler Beratung befasst.
