Abstract

In der Studie wird ein dynamisches Modell entwickelt, welches in der Lage ist, die unterschiedliche sportliche Entwicklung von Vereinen zu erklären. Dies hat - wie sich zeigt - für das Management in den Vereinen, aber auch für die Organisation des Ligabetriebs insgesamt weitreichende Implikationen. Diese sollen in Form von Politik- und Managementempfehlungen für die Vereine und die Liga herausgearbeitet werden.
