Abstract

"Nachfolgeregelung durch Unternehmenskauf - Werkzeuge für die Bewertung und Finanzierung kleiner und mittelständischer Unternehmen im Rahmen einer externen Nachfolge" - die Themenstellung dieser Arbeit enthält zwei Schwerpunkte aus dem Gesamtprozess der Unternehmensnachfolge durch Verkauf: - Die Unternehmensbewertung, welche mit unterschiedlichen Zielstellungen erfolgen kann und sowohl dem Verkäufer als auch dem Käufer einen Anhaltspunkt geben muss, was das Unternehmen wert ist. - Die Finanzierung, welche mit mannigfachen Instrumenten, Beteiligten und Modellen dem Käufer Möglichkeiten an die Hand geben soll, den Kaufpreis zu finanzieren.
