Die Rolle der Co-Worker: Innen in betrieblichen Inklusionsprozessen:ein Überblick über den Forschungsstand

Abstract

Basierend auf dem Forschungsstand von 27 qualitativen Studien untersucht die systematische Literaturanalyse die Rolle der Co-Worker:innen in den betrieblichen Inklusions- und Wiedereingliederungsphasen. Die Studien zeigen, dass Co-Worker:innen sowohl unterstützende als auch hemmende Funktionen in diesen Prozessen ausüben können. Wichtige soziale unterstützende Einflussfaktoren sind u. a. die Art der Erkrankung oder Behinderung, die zwischenmenschlichen Beziehungen unter den Co-Worker:innen, die betrieblichen Eingliederungsmaßnahmen für die betroffene Person und nicht zuletzt eine integrationsfördernde oder -hemmende Unternehmenskultur. Es wird empfohlen, Co-Worker:innen frühzeitig in die Planung von (Wieder-)Eingliederungsmaßnahmen einzubeziehen, um tragfähige Maßnahmen abzuleiten.
