Abstract

Die Transformation der Wirtschaft durch Digitalisierung, Dekarbonisierung und demografischen Wandel erfordert neue Qualifikationen der Beschäftigten. Dieses Working Paper analysiert die neuen sozialrechtlichen Förderinstrumente nach § 82 und § 82a SGB III und zeigt, wie Betriebs- und Tarifparteien sie sinnvoll einsetzen können. Es beantwortet weitere Fragen der Weiterbildung, die sich in dem Zusammenhang stellen: Wie können Betriebsräte und Tarifpartner die Weiterbildung strategisch verankern? Und welche rechtlichen Gestaltungsspielräume gibt es? Durch praxisnahe Entscheidungshilfen und Fallbeispiele bietet dieses Working Paper Orientierung für Unternehmen, Gewerkschaften und Betriebsräte, um Qualifizierung als Schlüssel zur erfolgreichen Transformation zu nutzen.
