Interaktionsarbeit in der Tagesreinigung: Weiterbildungsbedarf durch neue Arbeitsanforderungen in der Reinigung

Abstract

Tagesreinigung ist eine zeitlich anders organisierte Form der Unterhaltsreinigung, die die Tätigkeit in der Gebäudereinigung attraktiver machen kann. Mit wachsendem Kund*innen-Kontakt entstehen neue Anforderungen. Weiterbildungen z.B. zu Sozialkompetenz und Arbeitsorganisation, die in der regulären Unterhaltsreinigung selten sind, können Überforderung vorbeugen. So eröffnen sich berufliche Perspektiven für Reinigungskräfte. Dieses Working Paper stellt die Ergebnisse des Projektes "Weiterbildungsbedarf für die Umsetzung der Tagesreinigung" dar, in dessen Rahmen unter anderem Beschäftigte und Arbeitgebende befragt und Erfahrungen ausgetauscht wurden.
