Abstract

Wie können digitale Technologien im Betrieb so eingesetzt werden, dass die Arbeit mit weniger Belastung und mehr Autonomie einhergeht und so zu höherer Motivation und Zufriedenheit führt? Diese Studie beantwortet diese Frage, indem sie in Unternehmen unterschiedlicher Größe und Branche Arbeitstätigkeiten vor und nach der Einführung einer digitalen Technologie analysiert und in Bezug auf arbeitswissenschaftliche Kriterien bewertet. Daraus ergeben sich Empfehlungen für eine partizipative und prospektive Arbeitsgestaltung sowie ein interaktives Webtool, das dazu Hilfestellung geben kann.
