Abstract

Es sind gravierende Auswirkungen von aufkommenden Quantencomputern und aufkommender Quantenkommunikation auf die Arbeitswelt der Zukunft zu erwarten. Quantenbasierte Systeme sind nicht einfach die Weiterentwicklung des Bestehenden, sondern haben völlig neue Funktionsweisen im Vergleich zur bekannten digitalen Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologie. Es geht bereits heute darum, möglichst große Gestaltungsspielräume für eine kooperative, menschengerechte Umsetzung bei Unternehmen und ihren Beschäftigten zu nutzen.
