Abstract

Die Transformation der Arbeitswelt stellt neue Herausforderungen an Qualifizierung und Arbeitsmarktpolitik. Das Weiterbildungsgesetz der Ampel-Regierung soll dem begegnen und enthält einige entscheidende Neuerungen für das Sozialrecht. Teil hiervon sind die "Ausbildungsgarantie", das Qualifizierungsgeld und der Ausbau der Weiterbildungsförderung nach § 82 SGB III. Das Working Paper stellt die neuen Regelungen vor, ordnet sie rechtspolitisch ein und misst sie kritisch an den formulierten Gesetzeszielen.
