Vom Algorithmus diskriminiert? Zur Aushandlung von Gender in Diskursen über Künstliche Intelligenz und Arbeit

Abstract

Derzeit lässt sich eine intensiv geführte öffentliche Debatte über die Frage beobachten, wie sich die Arbeit durch Künstliche Intelligenz verändern und welche Folgen dies für die Ungleichheit zwischen den Geschlechtern haben wird. Die in diesem Zusammenhang verhandelten Chancen und Problemlagen sind Gegenstand des vorliegenden Working Papers. Ausgehend von einer Aufarbeitung der wissenschaftlichen Literatur und einer kritischen Analyse des öffentlichen Diskurses werden die politischen und praktischen Handlungsoptionen, aber auch die Schwachstellen der diskursiven Auseinandersetzung beleuchtet.
